India's biggest trade shows run across a handful of cities, and many brands exhibit in more than one in a year. Vibranium Live designs, fabricates and installs exhibition stalls across India from our base in Mumbai, with a pan India vendor network for builds in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and other cities. Every stand starts with a concept and a design, then moves through a clear process to install and dismantling.
What you get
- Concept, moodboards and 3D design you approve before production
- Stand layout planned around visitor flow, meetings, display and storage
- Fabrication with line item costing
- Drawings and documents for organiser approval
- Graphics, lighting, AV and furniture
- Install, a producer on the floor during the show, and dismantling
Our process
- Brief. Space size, open sides, budget range, products and goals. We send a written brief back.
- Design. Concept and 3D rounds until the stand is locked.
- Plan. Costing, materials, approvals and a timeline that works back from the organiser's deadlines.
- Build and run. Fabrication, install inside the build up window and support through the show.
- Report. Dismantling, photos and a short review.
Mumbai
Our home base. We plan stalls for the Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO) in Goregaon and the Jio World Convention Centre in BKC, plus hotel venues across the city. Mumbai shows cover jewellery, plastics, pharma, travel and many consumer categories. Being local means faster site visits and easier changes close to the show. Read more on exhibition stall design in Mumbai.
Delhi NCR
Delhi NCR hosts several of the country's largest exhibitions at Bharat Mandapam and Yashobhoomi in New Delhi and the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida. Large venues mean long build up days, strict material movement rules and busy loading bays, so planning logistics early matters. We plan Delhi NCR builds with the same design process and one producer who travels with the project. See our pages for Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2027 and ELECRAMA 2027.
Bengaluru
The Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) on Tumkur Road hosts major engineering and machine tool shows. Machinery heavy stands bring their own needs: floor load, crane and forklift timing, power for live demos, and safe viewing space around running machines. We plan the stand around your exhibits, not the other way round. See IMTEX 2027 stall design.
Timeline guide
- 8 to 12 weeks out: brief and budget, share the exhibitor manual
- 6 to 8 weeks out: concept and 3D design, lock design
- 4 to 6 weeks out: submit drawings for organiser approval
- 3 to 4 weeks out: fabrication, graphics and AV
- Build up days: install and walk through
- After the show: dismantling and review
For outstation shows, add time for transport and for any travel and stay for the build team.
What to check in the exhibitor manual
- Stand design submission deadline and required drawing formats
- Maximum build height, double decker rules and rigging rules
- Raw space or shell scheme
- Contractor registration and security deposit
- Electrical load ordering deadline and lighting rules
- Fire safety, permitted materials and exits
- Build up and dismantling dates and hours
- Floor load and machinery movement rules, especially for heavy exhibits
Shell scheme or custom stand?
A shell scheme comes with basic walls, fascia and lights, and suits small budgets and first time exhibitors. A custom stand on raw space gives you control over height, layout, materials and how the brand feels. We can also upgrade a shell scheme with graphics and furniture if a full build is not right for this show.
