Exhibition Stall Design at Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO), Goregaon

The Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), run by NESCO on the Western Express Highway in Goregaon East, hosts many of Mumbai's large trade fairs, including Plastivision India. If you have booked space at BEC, Vibranium Live can design, fabricate and install your stall, planned around the hall you are in.

BEC halls at a glance

Figures below are as published by NESCO. Your organiser's hall plan and exhibitor manual always take priority.

• Hall 1: about 19,143 sq m, standard clear height of 6.75 m.
• Hall 2: about 7,378 sq m, plus a bay area of about 2,600 sq m.
• Hall 3: about 11,799 sq m, clear height of 6.75 m.
• Hall 4: about 10,800 sq m, pillarless, up to 14 m at its highest point.
• Hall 5: about 4,664 sq m, clear height of 6.88 m.
• The Grande: about 2,108 sq m, used for conferences and smaller events.

NESCO lists about 60,000 sq m of space in total. Hall heights matter for stall design, but your build height is set by the organiser's rules, which are usually much lower than the roof.

What to plan for at BEC

• Your hall and position. Corner, island or inline space changes how many sides are open and where visitors come from.
• Organiser height and rigging rules. Check the manual before design starts.
• Build up access. Vehicle entry, unloading points and timings are set by the venue and the organiser for each show.
• Power and lighting. Order connections before the organiser's deadline.
• Visitor flow. Large shows at BEC spread across several halls, so a stall that can be seen from the aisle and from a distance helps.

What we do

• Concept, 3D design and layout for your BEC stall
• Organiser and venue drawings and approvals
• Fabrication, transport to Goregaon and install
• A producer on site during the show and dismantling after it

We are based in Mumbai, so Goregaon is close by when build up windows are tight.

Stalls we have delivered

Two exhibition stalls from our portfolio, to show the kind of design and build work we do. Neither was built at Bombay Exhibition Centre.
