Booked your space at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2027? This page is for exhibitors who want a stand that stops mobility, automotive and components buyers in the aisle and is ready on time. Vibranium Live is a Mumbai based team that designs, fabricates and installs exhibition stalls across India, and we work back from the organiser's deadlines from day one.

Designing for this show
Mobility stands usually centre on vehicles or large components. Plan vehicle move in timing and routes, turntables or raised platforms, lighting for paintwork, space for crowds around launches, and a separate quiet area for trade meetings.
Beyond the exhibits, think about what you want a visitor to do in the first 30 seconds: notice a single clear message from the aisle, find a person to talk to, and know where to sit down for a serious conversation. We design the layout around that path, then add display, storage and back of house space.
Your stall timeline for Bharat Mobility 2027
Your exhibitor manual sets the real deadlines. A typical plan looks like this:
- As soon as space is confirmed: send us the stall number, size, open sides, budget range and the exhibitor manual. We return a written brief.
- 8 to 10 weeks before the show: concept, moodboards and 3D design rounds.
- 6 to 8 weeks before: design locked. Drawings prepared for organiser approval.
- Before the organiser's design deadline: drawings submitted, contractor registration done, power and services ordered.
- 3 to 4 weeks before: fabrication, graphics, AV and furniture.
- Build up days: install inside the venue's build up window, followed by a walk through with your team.
- After the show: dismantling within the breakdown window, and a short review.
If you are reading this close to the show, contact us anyway. We will tell you honestly what can be built in the time left.
Check these in the Bharat Mobility 2027 exhibitor manual
- Stand design submission deadline and drawing formats
- Maximum build height, and rules for double decker stands and rigging
- Raw space or shell scheme, and what the shell includes
- Contractor registration, passes and any security deposit
- Electrical load, the deadline to order power, and other services such as water or compressed air
- Fire safety rules, permitted materials and exit widths
- Build up and dismantling dates and hours, and late work permissions
- Floor load, vehicle entry and material movement rules at the venue
Send us the manual at the brief stage. We turn it into a checklist with owners and dates so nothing is missed.
Coming from another city?
If your team is travelling to the show, plan travel and stay for the people who will staff the stand, and fix a time on the last build up day for a full walk through. We coordinate transport of stand material and any exhibits that ship with the build, so your team only needs to arrive, check the stand and get ready for visitors.
