Mumbai hosts some of India's busiest trade shows, from jewellery and plastics to pharma and travel. If you have booked space at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO) in Goregaon or the Jio World Convention Centre in BKC, your stall has a few seconds to make a visitor stop walking. Vibranium Live is a Mumbai based team that designs, fabricates and installs exhibition stalls, and we start every stand on the drawing board before anything is built.
What we do for your stall
- Concept and 3D design. We read your brief, your product and your visitor, then build a concept with moodboards and 3D views. You see exactly how the stand will look from the aisle before you approve it.
- Layout that works on the floor. Meeting areas, product display, storage, a reception counter and clear sight lines. We plan for how people actually walk past your space.
- Fabrication. Built to the approved design with line item costing, so you know what each element costs.
- Approvals and paperwork. We prepare the drawings and documents the organiser and venue ask for.
- Install, show days and dismantling. On site setup, a producer on the floor during the show, and removal within the venue's breakdown window.
A typical timeline, working back from show day
Every organiser sets its own dates, so treat this as a guide and check your exhibitor manual.
- 8 to 12 weeks out: share your space size, stall type (open sides), budget range and goals. We send a written brief back.
- 6 to 8 weeks out: concept and 3D design rounds. Lock the design.
- 4 to 6 weeks out: submit stand drawings for organiser approval, before their design submission deadline.
- 3 to 4 weeks out: fabrication starts. Graphics, AV and furniture are finalised.
- Build up days: install inside the organiser's build up window, then a final walk through with you.
- After the show: dismantling, clearing the space, and a short review.
If your show is closer than this, talk to us anyway. A shorter timeline usually means simpler materials and fewer design rounds, and we will tell you plainly what is realistic.
What to check in your exhibitor manual
Most delays come from rules that were in the manual all along. Before design starts, find these:
- Stand design submission deadline and the format the organiser wants (plans, elevations, 3D views, structural details).
- Maximum build height and any rules on hanging structures or rigging.
- Raw space vs shell scheme. Shell scheme stalls come with walls and fascia, so custom builds are usually for raw space.
- Contractor registration and any security deposit for stand builders.
- Power load, the deadline to order electrical connections, and any rules on lighting.
- Fire safety rules on materials, extinguishers and exits.
- Build up and dismantling dates and hours, including late work permissions.
- Venue specific rules on floor loading, vehicle entry and material movement.
Share the manual with us at the brief stage and we will build the checklist for your show.
Mumbai venues we plan around
- Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO), Goregaon: large halls used by many industrial and consumer trade fairs.
- Jio World Convention Centre, BKC: a newer venue used for jewellery, travel and premium brand shows.
- Hotels and convention spaces for smaller expos, dealer meets and product showcases.
We are also close to Navi Mumbai, Thane and Pune, so regional shows are easy for our team to cover.
